My current Company credit card statement shows 4 charges from ‘Chicago Elite Parking’ in the amount of $21.00 each for parking.
The last 4 digits of my Master Card number is 1356. I was in Chicago for the National Restaurant Association Food Show in May, 2015.
I talked to a lady this morning by the name of Annette in your office requesting receipts via email for these charges. I didn’t get a response.
