this is now my third time of having £9.99 taken out. My account was hacked and I have a brand new card so how on earth can they do this? Just had 2 x £9.99 taken out on same day! Never had a Netflix account. Something is seriously wrong here and should be addressed.

I do not even have a Netflix Account or receive any notifications that I use Netflix apart from it charging me £9.99 every month on my card. This has been happening since Tuesday 05 June 2018. Even if I tried to use Netflix it doesn't recognize any details for me to log in.

I was charged twice for September and October for 9.99GPB and my regular subscription charges of 9.99EURO are around 16th of current month, but I have noticed that last two months my credit card was charged on 10th of September for 9.99GPB and 10th of October for 9.99GPB by NETFLIX.COM, 866-716-0414 + regular charges on 16th of September for 9.99EURO and 16th of October for 9.99EURO. I called Netflix support to see what will they say but they don't see those transactions in GPB. Can you please advise?

I went on line to report a problem:- My program kept stopping and a circle appeared that counted to 100 before restoring the program. This problem occurred many times. I was led to other webpages and was unwise enough to give my Visa number. i received advice to reboot my router, which i had already done to no avail. I've since received a Visa bill for:JUSTANSWER $5, CHANGE.ORG CHANGE.ORG CA $26 and JUSTANSWER *TECH HELP 800-240-1731 CA for $64.

I'd like these refunded please.

I have been billed £9.99 from Netflix.com on the September 6th when I do not even have a Netflix account, so I don’t understand how this has happened to me. This is an unauthorised payment transaction and I would like a refund.

Been taking a monthly payment of £9.99 for about a year, most recent being this month on the 21st. I thought it was for the Netflix account I share with my sister but it turns out she pays for that and neither of my email addresses are registered with Netflix... I don't know how to cancel whatever this is!

4 payments of 9.99 requested, on the same day, due to other fraudulent activity this was highlighted whilst answering questions. Banking security thunbs up. They contacted me for other reasons although I fear if it was just the netflix activity i may never have known. Now i use online statements I never check, will in future

It says that the payment have been done in ONTARIO but I don't even live there

I got the charge of 7,99$ CAD twice

one at the 24th of july and the other the 24th of April. Always the 24th of the month, sounds weird. I'm a student, I need this money back

I used to have an account with Netflix.com I closed it via there suggested method (email), I closed my Netflix account around 2 months ago (estimated without looking at emails), This morning I check my online banking to find a £5.99 charge from Netflix.com in my pending transactions, I have emails and proof of account closure and I will be contacting Netflix to find out they are still debiting me for a closed account, Banking Ref; NETFLIX.COM 866-716-0414 NL
I believe Netflix are trying to undermine the banking regulations and request for there own gains.

Four payments of £9.99 taken between April and July 2018. There may be more. I do not have and never have had a Netflix account. I have contacted my bank, obtained the number for the Fraud department and I will be reporting the problem in the morning.
