Nov. 7th 2017 I have been charged 16.99 for TGL SHOPPER & TGL GREAT. I didn't think anything about it at the time because usually I get my bill and look over it and pay it.. Now I keep seeing the same amount every month for 16.99 each. It does not say what it means. I would really like it to stop if possible. I just received my bill today and it is on again. Thank you so much.

I Was charged $16.99 per month for four months, before I saw this charge on my statement. I called the number immediately and they claimed that I had signed up for this last November while visiting tigerdirect.com. I explained that I hadn't shopped at tigerdirect for well over 2 years, and there was absolutely no way that I would agree to pay $17.00 a month to be a member of your club. She then proceeded to tell me about all of the savings I would get by continuing my membership, and had the audacity to ask if I would consider keeping my membership at the low price of $9.99 per month. I told her that I would not consider that and that these charges were fraudulent to begin with and that I expect my account to stop being charged and a refund for each charge incurred. She did not argue. Today I called my bank and reported this charge as fraudulent. After researching this and seeing the amount of people that have been swindled by Shoppers Advantage, I'm having a hard time understanding how this scam hasn't been stopped.

Today I found out I have been charged by "TLG*SHOPPER98657933DEC 800-5264848 CT" $16.99 monthly for two years!!!!! I've been charged $424.75 by them!!!!!! I remembered very well that I have called and canceled my membership, I remembered very well. But I had no idea I was being charged for two years from 2015 December to 2017 December. I'm having very fixed income monthly, and I really couldn't afford this incident. I believe I haven't used your service at all these two years. So if you could please refund my monty back. Thank you. This is absolutely unethical.

I just called and surprisingly their customer service people cancelled my account right away and refunded the membership fee. I do have a cancellation number now, and I will see if I got my money back in 7 business days.

My 97 year old mother found the same thing just yesterday. She was charged $16.99 each month since September 2015. I did get it cancelled for her then called her credit card company and reported it. The credit card company refunded all of her money and is now investigating TLG. Thank goodness!!

I have had trouble with PreferredPC and even the BBB in the city the company was suppose to be located could not contact this company. FC has done nothing either.
Cost $250 Special Cost for Senior Citizens for Life . Right!! SCAM
It is a scam and as far as I have seen no one is doing anything about PreferredPC just like this TLG scammers. People are still being SCAMMED by PREFERREDPC. It has been2 yrs. Think of the money they are pulling in. Makes me SICK!!!

I, also have charges from this Company or whatever it is and have not heard anything from my first complaint. How can they continue to do this to the public without BBB or Federal Bureau doing anything about it. The way it looks they are collecting millions from people who have not subscribed to their SO CALLED SERVICE and no one is helping with this problem. How long will this go on without any help for the VICTIMS???????

After purchasing a concert ticket from TicketNetwork I was asked if I would like a 39 day trial for a service called Great Fun in exchange for a visa gift card. I agreed but Thad canceled my account with Great Fun before the trial was over. According to the Shopers Advantage call center when I agreed for the one service I agreed for both and canceling the first did not cancel the second. After informing them that their own website did not even recognize an account linked to my email thy have agreed to refund the charge of $16.99. I was given a cancelation number and will be waiting to see the money returned to my account

September 1, 2017 two charges for 16.99 showed up on my account. I never approved any transactions from TLG and I want them refund immediately you overdrafts my account and I want my overdraft fee paid also. This is ridiculous. I have called and notified my bank.

Been getting charged 16.99 for at least two years. My error for not catching it sooner. The charge was lost in the weeds of other charges. No idea what triggered the charge. I am contacting attorney based on what I read in these postings. This is pure fraud, It sounds like they will stiff arm people until threatened.

You will be hearing from attornies and possible law suit for 1,000,000! I have charges in February, March, and April from TLGGREATFN and TLGSHOPPER, bot charges were for 17.99 each month. They usually occurred a week apart with the exception of March where they cleared the same day. On or around the 6/7th or the 11/12th of each month.

I found a charge of $16.99 on my bank statement on March 24th, 2017, that had been reoccurring monthly around the 22nd-24th of every month since September 2016. After speaking with card members services to report suspicious/ fraudulent activity my memory was jogged and I recalled what the TLG Shopper charge had stemmed from...Shoppers Advantage Trial Membership for a Rebate for Allegiant Airlines. I had just flown on Allegiant during the month of August 2016 and was later contacted by a representative with said company for the airline rebate. So I agreed to the trial period and called and cancelled in the month of September within 3 weeks. Now this reoccurring charge has become fraudulent because TLG Shopper did not in fact cancel my membership and has continued for the last 7 months. Since I had gone paperless with my bank opting out of receiving a monthly hard copy statement in the mail, I had not given my online statement due diligence of the charges every month. Honestly, since that day that I had called and cancelled the trial membership, I hadn't given it a second thought. Now here is the kicker...after calling TLG Shopper to inquire as to the monthly charges, the representative stated that she could not locate my account information. So she had to put her supervisor on the phone. They were not going to reimburse me because they stated that since I did not have my "cancellation confirmation code" there was nothing to verify that I had ever called and cancelled in September of last year. So it's my word against theirs. They did however cancel the membership this time!

So the lesson to be learned here is that if in fact you do ever cancel this trial membership whether it is on the phone or online, save your "cancellation confirmation code!!!"

I had a 16.99 charge on my account as well, so I cancelled it right away by calling the number on the statement. It was gone. Now I find they have still been charging my card for $8 a month on the 10th of every month and it's probably been a year. I could've been paying for another Netflix account!

Bought tickets from ticket liquidator and was supposed to get a rebate for signing up. Never got rebate and canceled on the 21st day it was the great fun/ shoppers advantage deal. If you canceled before the 30 day mark you weren't supposed to get charged. My husband got charged twice this month for $16.99 but they had the charges under a weird code so he went to the bank today and told them that he did not know who they were and they reversed the charges and gave him a new debit card so they couldn't take anymore money after doing some research I found out it was this company.

I had 2 charges for 16.99 this month also. I was finally able to determine it was a result of buying tickets from Ticketmaster and then saying I wanted to take advantage of some rebate they were offering, and that ends up getting you signed up for all this extra stuff with these monthly charges. I changed my mind and opted out (I thought in time) but they claimed they had no record of it. So I cancelled it again today and made sure I captured the person's name and both cancellation notice numbers.
