I noticed on my bank account report that you guys took 16.99 out of my account.
I have not clue what that is for, but i would like my money back and whatever kind of company this is my name to be gone from it. Like i said i dont know what this is. So if you could please refund my money back.

I was offered a service from Super 8 Hotel in 2014 which I accepted and then immediately canceled. I now realize that this offer included another offer that they didn't mention which I'd ALSO have to cancel, but only just found this out 2 years later.

This is a deliberate scam and there needs to be a lawsuit.

I signed up for great fun and cancelled in 7 days and I didn't pay attention because I buy on line small things I thought it's my purchase .TLG is charging me since Jan 2015. I know I don't have any memberships. Yes they used my credit car without my permission . That's a fraud and they are aware that people can't do anything about it. If someone knows the ways please let's do something about it!

I realized I had a 16.99 TLG Shopper charge on my credit card. I called and they said it was my membership to Shopper's Advantage. I NEVER signed up for this and they could not tell me what service I received or product. The best they could do was offer that "maybe" I purchased tickets online to a show and was offered this membership. I haven't bought tickets through Ticketmaster for at least 3 year. When i googled Shoppers Advantage re canceling the "membership" a Ticketmaster home page came up explaining how to do so.
I went back to all of my credit card statements and realized that I have been receiving this charged as far back as December of 2015. STUPID ME for not being more thorough!!
Anyway, I think that we should all get together and get an attorney to file a class action lawsuit against TLG Shoppers Advantage for these erroneous charges!

I realized I had a 16.99 TLG Shopper charge on my credit card. I called and they said it was my membership to Shopper's Advantage. TLG shopper on my credit card statement - AGAIN! When I call my credit card company to block this company for the $16.99 charge (most recently on December 2, 2016), they say they can reverse the charge for this month, but the transaction is from a different vendor each time although it always says TLG shopper so it can not be permanently blocked. Obviously this is a scam. I called the number on the transaction history on my credit card. They claimed to be part of some shopper's advantage that gives the user better deals on hotels. What?! Anyway, when I got through, they found the account form the number on my credit card statement, and cancelled the service. I hope his helps someone in a similar situation.

Where did you find the phone number attached to the charges? I contacted my bank today and they did the same actions; blocked future charges and will refund me for the past 90 days of these charges. But I'm afraid of those future charges from different "tlgshopper" accounts you are referring to and would like to contact them directly to avoid this! Thanks for your comment!

I was able to get all of my money back. I called them and told them I was not made aware that I signed up with them when I signed up with Great Fun as part of Spirit Air advertising. I cancelled my membership with Great Fun before the first month was over and had I known that I was also signed up with TLG Shopper I would have cancelled it at the same time. I told them this fraudulent because they are charging me for services I never was made aware that I signed up for and service that I never used. I said I will report them and that there are many people online who got charged and didn't know it as well. I told them They need to refund my money or I will report this to the FTC. So the rep said she needed to escalate this call to her supervisor. I said the exact same thing to her supervisor and the supervisor had the authority to refund all of my money back. Good luck.

I did the same thing as above and hopefully I will get all my money refunded. Just called them today 5.19.17. I also threatened to report them and to dispute the charges with my bank and file a fraudulent dispute with my bank. That's when they transferred me to a supervisor to get my account cancelled and my money back.

Husband bought tickets off ticketmaster, they sent his phone# and information to this 3rd party and signed him up for a "membership". Both charges were for $1.00 initially. Then would be 16.99 and 20.99 each month. Had to call the number to cancel the "membership" we never signed up for.

We also got charged twice this month for 16.99 and apparently last month for 1.00 2xs who are these ppl? The only thing i can come up with was we bought wwe ticket for son they offered us a $30 rebate we gave NO ok for joining anything this is very sneaky & crappy

You will be hearing from attornies and possible law suit for 1,000,000! My mother recently went into a nursing home; my brother and I were on the verge of shutting everything down with her accounts to stop a lot of automatic payments that were no longer necessary.....and then this charge popped up as "processing". The debit card charged already had a "hold" on it, and my mother had no access to the card or the numbers on it (nor could she remember the numbers....she has dementia).

Essentially, we caught the company the day they fraudulently charged her account.

my mother who doesn't even have a computer to sign up for this crap has had $16.99 taken out of her account for over a year. She just realized it when she became overdrawn and went to ask the credit union why, when she kneew she had money in her account. The bank only credited her 4 payments of $16.99 while they investigate it. How is this possible when she doesn;t even have a computer to sign up for this company. thinking her debit card was hacked. they have had issues with this and issued her a new card. In the meantime how does she get her money back.

Now the representative from TLG Shopper or Shopper advantage says that I have signed up for both. Well if I knew I did I would cancel this one too, but I WAS NOT informed about it. These two seem to be under the same TLG* something. Shame on me that I have missed the charges for so long, but shame on you you/ TLG shoppers/Shoppers Advantage or Great Fun or whoever you are, to trick people to steal their money.

I am not sure when the transaction took place and I have to say shame on me for not paying attention. This company scammed me for $400.000 and the best they said they would do is give me 4 months of charges. When i asked to talk to someone with higher authority they put me on hold and never answered my call

I found a charge to day of 16.99 as well! On August 23, 2016 I was charged by TLG shopper twice for 16.99. I have never once used this website to purchase anything. I demand a full refund. The card that got charged is a card with no money so I got put in the hole. I did not authorize this.
