This was billed to my credit card account June 18, 2018 as well as my regular bill. I would like this refunded please as it is an unauthorized bill. I did not agree to this charge

I have been billed £9.99 from Netflix.com on the 4th July and the 4th June when I do not even have a Netflix account, so I don’t understand how this has happened to me but I would like refunds for both of these 2 transactions as I don’t have a Netflix account with Netflix.com. This is an unauthorised payment transaction

I have been charged twice every month for Netflix starting with December last year (I don't have older statements now), even though I have a netflix account I use another card to pay for.
I would like a refund, please and for this to stop.

now I see this on my credit card:

It says that the payment have been done in ONTARIO but I don't even live there
I got the charge of 7,99$ CAD twice
one at the 24th of july and the other the 24th of April. Always the 24th of the month, sounds weird. I'm a student, I need this money back
