The following charges were made to my account with Banco Popular without my authorization:

Charge of 2/6/14 for $1.00

Charge of 2/28/14 for $29.95

Charge of 4/03/14 for $29.95

Charge of 4/28/14 for $29.95

Total charges $90.85

I also have had this company take money out of my account without my consent. I generally lock my card bc of this type of nonsense. So there are months they didn’t get to charge me. But if my account wasn’t locked they took $29.95 anytime that it was available . I never gave this company my consent to do so. I also have canceled it and I’m still be charged. All together they have taken about $200 out of my account and I’m getting no type of service from them whatsoever. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting this matter resolved I would appreciate it.

I discovered a charge for $29.95 each month from OTL scoresense. I called the 800 # and ask how and why it was on my account. They said if I had at one time ansswered three questions it was free for awhile and then they start to charge youi $29.95 each month. They said it started in February. I told them I wanted it off my card and that I am not a member. She ask for my social security # but I wouldn't give it to her I gave her y name and date of birth. She said they would take cancel my membership. I told her I didn't have a membership with them. I was charged $29.95 since February.
