On April,12, yesterday, I was charged £9.99p by Netflix when my son, Thomas Dutton, already pays for this and adds me for a further £2. This seems unnecessary as we are paying for the same service.
Can I have a full refund, please?

Found I had been billed twice 18th March and 17th May 2019 for £9.99.
Closed account with Netflix free trial and found I had billed and using a another one of my cards without my authorisation.
Netflix have cancelled and said they would refund amount and sheepishly advised me to call my bank to to have my card number changed, which I have actioned.
