$15.97 charge to my bank account i did not authorize a new subscription. I want the money returned to my MandT bank account today by business end.

I have already reported this as a fraud issue to my bank and they are in the process of handling it once it has finished processing. This is illegal and fraud because I never had anything to do with better homes and gardens and never received anything but the free one offered. The company should do the right thing and stop the payment from processing, by company I mean Better Homes and Gardens, as because of this company my bank went into a negative amount. After reading all these reviews from people who also got fake charges like this I will alert my bank to this as well so they can try and protect their consumers from this company.

On 5/17/16 our account was debited for 12.81 as a recurring payment from MDC Better Homes. We did not authorize this debit from our account and it sent us negative. Called the bank and reported it as fraud. It appears to be an attempt to draft payment for a magazine subscription, and we have not authorized any subscription renewal. We recieved a free subscription of better homes and gardens last year but did not have to provide card numbers to get it, so they should not have had my card number to run an autodraft with, so I do not believe this to be legitimately from better homes and gardens. I believe it is absolutely fraudulent. The free subscription we got does not auto renew, we have to ask them to renew it when they tell us our subscription is about to expire, and then actively pay for it ourselves with knowledge and intention, not with some "recurring" auto draft by dark of night. My bank has issued a credit that should post in a few days and have begun investigation.

I had a charge of $13 .08 on my credit card for MDC Better Homes that I did not authorize.

A charge of 15.90 to my credit card which was not authorized by MDC SHAPE

In the last 2 days I have an unauthorized charge on my credit card of $12.91. I presume the following is the account number 803060000 and the phone number 800-374-4244

$12 was fraudulently charged to my account by MDC Shape. I called my bank, they were able to give me the number of the place that did the charge. It is 800-888-1181 (at least for my charge). I was connected to Fitness Magazines line. I asked to speak to a representative, explained that I had been billed for something I did not purchase. She apologized and stayed that the charge would be reimbursed to my account within 3-4 business days. This just happened so I am waiting to see if it is reimbursed. If not I will be calling again as well as letting my bank know the situation. Take action against this. It may be a small charge but it is still fraudulent!

Just got a charge of 12.81 that I did not authorize from MDC BetterHomes. Apparently they are auto renewing your subscription with out your approval. They said they will reimburse the charge, but they just lost my business.

I want it cancelled . I was surprised to see it in my account...I did not apply for it at all. How will I stop it from charging my account..I saw it on my bank account as of 08/23/2016.

They are charging me with out my permission! i do not want to be charged for something i didn't ask for

I have no idea who they are, and it is showing as a recurring billing of 12.78. I do not know how they got my debit card number

Same complaint as others have 12 dollar charge on my credit card for MDC Shape which I did not authorize. Will be calling as soon as I'm done typing.

Charged after I cancelled the LAST time they did this!! Calling RIGHT now!

Was charged 12.72 on my debit card and I never authorized it!

I found an mdc homes charge of $12.00 on my account what is this and why am I being charged!?
